Esto es lo primero que vino a mi mente el primer día que vi estos botines en Zara ¡buah! Me he enamorado. Pero claro, yo no llevo tacones  nunca o casi nunca, cosa que dadas mis «piernas kilométricas  y delgadísimas» me favorecería bastante. Decidí  pasar de ellos y llevaba ni más ni menos que desde Agosto acordándome de lo bonitos que eran; entre otras cosas porque el año pasado me compré un vestidazo midi (lo llaman midi pero a mí me queda más bien monjil ; ) que todavía no había estrenado por no encontrar el calzado adecuado, y sabía que era este.

 El Sábado ya no podía más, bajé a Zara y los compré, pero no, no me pude resistir y acabé haciéndome con el look completo: otro vestido floreado, esta vez mini,  que iba a combinar con uno de mis abrigos de paño, pero cuando vi este de leopardo pensé: ¿y por qué no?

Nota de la autora: Resulta que el estampado de leopardo se puede combinar con más prendas que con el típico look total black o vaqueros, combina fenomenal con rojo y estampados de flores, además es como llevar a tu gato  encima todo el día ¡da gustico!  Por cierto, las botas evidentemente no estaban hechas para caminar ¡pero son tan bonitas!

 

This was the first thing that came into my mind when I first saw these booties at Zara…wow!  I’m in love!  But I don’t use to wear heels never or hardly ever,  although having into account that I have «super skinny and long, long legs»  and they would suit me better than flats. 

At last,  I decided not to buy them and last week I was still thinking on how beautiful they were, among other things because  last year I bought a midi dress, (they call it midi but to me suits more like monkish ; ) which I had not yet wear because of the shoes, I was looking for the right ones which match better with the dress.

Saturday I was still remembering the booties so I go ahead to Zara and bought them, but no, I could not resist and I finally bought the whole look, a new flowered dress, this time mini dress, which  would be combined with one of my coats but when I saw this one with the leopard print…Oh my god! Why not?

Author’s note:  Leopard print is completely wearable, not only with the classic total black, or jeans, also with red and floral print dresses and blouses besides it’s like hugging your cat all day! and of course the booties were not made for walking but are so pretty.
